CASE STUDY # 1

The owner and manager of P.G’s Architecture was looking for support in managing his company’s customer service, billing, marketing and administration, so that he could free his time to focus on the core, revenue generating aspects of his business. We were recently contacted by a small brokerage that was losing its edge because of poor administration. Key client files could not be found, quotes were not sent out and clients were starting to grumble. Through the suggestion of another client, we were contacted by a member of their management team, desperate to gain some measure of control and help things from spiraling out of control. After a series of back and forth calls and emails, they agreed to relinquish a portion of their administration to us. So pleased they were at the processes and systems we put in place to get things back on track and ensure as smoother way forward, they have since outsourced 93% of their administration to us, opting to handle on a small portion on their own.

Perryman & Associates needed help fast. Business was growing faster than they anticipated and they needed to keep their existing clients happy.
